Each order is packed with care, but minor issues like broken leaves or spilled soil may happen in transit — these are not considered damage.
In case of major shipping issues (freeze, heat, postal mishandling):

1. Take clear photos of the affected plants with their labels still attached.
2. Email them to growviolett@gmail.com immediately after opening the box.
3. → Based on the photos, I will resend your order or issue a refund — your choice.
